GTSport-Logo-Full-Colour-Vertical.jpg

Sport psychology is the study of how psychological factors affect performance in a sport and exercise setting. Within our sessions, we aim to combine the learning of mental skills techniques with an improvement of self-awareness to have a positive impact on performance. We aim to create a psychologically safe environment, where collaboration is key, to ensure you get the most out our sessions.
